What the site is
Montenegro has published unusually good material for investors, most recently the Tourism Doing Business – Investing in Montenegro guide prepared with UN Tourism. It is long, detailed and hard to act on. This site turns that material into something you can search, compare and use: the economy and tax rules explained, the tourism market in charts, and every open site with its area, ownership, planning rules and legal route to the land.
What we do for investors
Investing here usually means talking to three counterparts at once: the Ministry of Tourism, the Montenegrin Investment Agency and the municipality that holds the planning documents, plus a line ministry where state land or the sea front is involved. We assemble the documents for a site, arrange those conversations, and bring in local legal, tax and planning advisers where a project needs them.
Independence
Montenegro Invest is not part of UN Tourism, the Ministry of Tourism, the Montenegrin Investment Agency or any other public body, and none of them has endorsed this site. We do not represent the state in any transaction. Nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice.
How we handle the data
