How we handle your personal data
We collect only what you type into our forms, use it only to answer you and, if you ask, to send our quarterly email. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who is responsible
Montenegro Invest (montenegroinvest.com) is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact:hello@montenegroinvest.com.
What we collect
- What you enter in a form: name, email address, company, role, country, the kind of investor you are, budget range, timeline, preferred deal structure, the sites you are interested in, your message, and any tool result you ask us to send.
- The page you sent the form from, and whether you asked to receive the quarterly Monitor.
- Emails you send us.
We do not collect special categories of data and ask you not to send them.
Why we use it
- To answer your request and follow up on it, which you have asked us to do.
- To send the quarterly Montenegro Investment Monitor, only if you ticked the box or signed up for it. You can stop it at any time by replying to any issue.
- To understand which pages and sites interest investors, using the source page of each request.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, routes our email, runs the spam check on forms (Turnstile) and provides cookieless visit statistics.
- Notion stores enquiries in our lead database.
- Resend sends confirmation emails and the Monitor.
These providers may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or rent personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Monitor subscriptions last until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for the Monitor at any time. Email hello@montenegroinvest.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Maps
Pages with a map load map tiles from OpenFreeMap when the map comes into view. Your browser sends your IP address to their servers to fetch the tiles, as it would for any image. We do not send them anything else.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Visit statistics are counted without cookies. The spam check on forms may store a short-lived token needed to tell people from bots.
