Mojkovac Tara riverside camps and resorts

The location

Mojkovac sits on the Tara River in the northern adventure-tourism corridor, close to the Žarski ski resort and on the route of the new motorway. The Tara is Montenegro's best-known rafting river, and the riverside plots in Podbišće have direct frontage onto it.

The plan sets out a low-intensity concept: organised camping, glamping or eco-lodges, outdoor learning, sport, and food and visitor services, with a larger leisure attraction possible only if studies support it. This suits camping and outdoor-hospitality specialists, youth and education travel operators, or a consortium that combines accommodation with guided activities.

The planning parameters are set, but the land disposal process, infrastructure delivery and investor selection have not been confirmed. Expect to work closely with the municipality on sequencing.
