Herceg Novi: Donja Arza, Luštica

The location

Donja Arza covers a large part of the Rt Arza cape on the Luštica peninsula, facing the entrance to the Bay of Kotor near Mamula Island and the existing resorts of the peninsula. It is one of the largest state-owned coastal parcels on offer.

Only part of it can be built on. One zone allows high-category hotels, villas, sport, parks, a beach and a pier; the other is protected landscape.
